Q1: What does it mean by customised holidays?

Our Travel Consultants will plan a tailor-made itinerary based on your enquiry, according to your budget and preferences. the RRegenttours assists our clients in creating and taking care of the logistics involved in planning their dream holiday or honeymoon. This includes all return air tickets, accommodation, airport transfer, driving routes, point to point travel, and destination guides.

Q2: If I run into trouble during the trip, who can I contact or seek help from?

Q3: This is the first time I am travelling outside of a package/group tour, is it safe?
Your personal Travel Consultant will take you through your itinerary. Included in your travel pack will be information and travel tips on your chosen destination. It will help you avoid certain known risks, such as health and safety, as well as get yourself acquainted with local customs and rules. Maps and descriptions in our itinerary will also help you in locating destinations easily, and having a better idea of what to expect.

As with any trip, travelling without a guide has its inherent risks and some dangers fall beyond our control perimeters. However, the RRegenttours team has done its utmost to ensure that in the areas within our control (transportation, accommodation, etc), we only deal with reputable and trustworthy partners.

If you want an added level of security, we can arrange for a personal travel guide (see Q6) to accompany you on your trip.

Q4: What happens if I miss my train/coach?
This differs for the different train/coach companies. For some companies, you will be able to change to a later departure either free or with an administrative charge. For others, you will not be able to amend the ticket and will have to purchase a new one at your own expense.

Q5: If I decide not to carry out a pre-booked activity, do I still pay?
Yes. Once you have confirmed the itinerary, you will not be able to make any further changes. The exception is: in cases where you required to purchase your own admission tickets.

Q6: How do I know where to connect my flight/train/coach?
This information is located within the travel itinerary that will be presented to you by your personal Travel Consultant. In it contains detailed instructions on how to catch your connections.

Q7: Is it safe to go on a road trip especially if it is the first time we visit the country?

Recommended itineraries for road trip have been tried and tested. It will be safe if you observe the traffic rules and drive with caution.

Q8: What is the minimum travel group size for my holiday?

There is no minimum travel group size as all our itineraries are specially designed just for you. However, you may wish to consider travelling in pairs or a group of four, as per our recommendations.

Q9: There are insufficient details in your recommended itineraries.
       Where can we get more information?

The purpose of the Recommended Itineraries is to give our clients holiday ideas, and to give an idea of what to expect from their holiday, and the correlating cost of their choices.

Q10: How do your recommended itineraries differ from packages offered by other tour operators?
Our itineraries are written for travellers who value independence and the freedom to move about at their own pace.

Besides visiting major tourist attractions, we will take you off-the-beaten track destinations to explore the local culture.

You get to decide on your daily itinerary, which means that you can wake up at noon if you want to. We recommend good and reasonably priced restaurants and give you many memories to treasure for a lifetime.

Q11: I cannot find information in your website on my desired destination.
          Can you still make recommendations?
